Here are some immunity boosting delicious recipes:

RED BEAN/CHICK PEAS SALAD
This salad control our appetite, prevent fatty liver, improves heart health. Redbeans contain high protein which helps in maintaining and repairing the body system while chick peas are an excellent source of various vitamins. It’s very easy, quick and yummy recipe.

Redbeans / chickpeas Salad

Instructions

  1. Take one cup boiled rajma (red beans)/ white chole (chickpea) in a bowl.
  2. Take a non stick pan. Add 2 tablespoon of oil. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, beans and broccoli. Saute them well.
  3. Put all these roasted veggies to bowl🥗.
  4. Add salt and blackpeper as per taste.
  5. Garnish with corriander leaves and flax seeds/alsi ke beej(immunity boosting ingredient)

FRUIT CHAAT
This chaat reduces the risk of chronic diseases and ashwaganda powder will act as a painreliever to your body. This salad will definitely uplift your energy level.

Fruit Chaat

Instructions

  1. Chop seasonal fruits like water melon🍉, mango🍋, musk melon, kiwi🥝, avacado🥑, apple🍎. Transfer them to a bowl.
  2. Add ashwagandha powder(immunity booster ingredient)
  3. 3. Add chaat masala and lemon to enhance the taste.

OATS VEGGIES SANDWICH
Oats Are incredibly nutritious.
Whole grain oats are rich in antioxidants. It also decreases the risk of asthma. And also give relief in constipation.

Oats/ Veggies Sandwich

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup of oats and soak them in water for 30 mins.
  2. Then, saute finely chopped veggies (cumin seeds, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers)
  3. Add soaked oats in veggies and add salt and black pepper as per taste. Stuffing is ready.
  4. Now, spread it over bread(preferably brown bread). You can grill it or you can toast it or just simply roast your bread and spread this stuffing over it and its ready to eat🥪.
    (Tip: you can only have veggies sandwich skipping the oats)

It has been used to help in digestion, reduce nausea and help to fight against the flu and common cold, to name activity few.

  1. In a mortar, add cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper, clove, ginger. Crush them in a fine powder with pestle.
  2. Make your tea as normal. Add this powder and tulsi leaves while adding tea leaves.
  3. Give a good boil and your tea is ready!
